Engagement Process

Give us a call and talk to us about your goals. We’ll discuss objectives, ask a few questions and throw around some ideas for locations and activities and soon enough you retreat takes shape. Alternatively, complete our online proposal request form. From there, you’ll receive a summary email and if all looks good, we’ll make a start on a proposal.

Based on the initial summary our proposal will include options for activities and locations. We’ll search through our network of property owners and experience providers to produce a complimentary proposal that covers your objectives in more ways than one. We’ll then ask you to narrow down your options to enable us to prepare an agenda and a prelim budget for you to compare options and make an informed decision.

After seeing the proposal you’ll then decide whether you want to engage us to plan and execute your retreat. At this stage a deposit will be paid as a virtual handshake. A signed letter of engagement will entitle you to 3 additional scope changes including; date changes, destination, change in group size, budget increases/ decrease, changes thereafter will incur an additional agreed-upon fee charged per hour.

At this stage we’ve figured out, Transport, Destination, Numbers, Campground activities, Budget and Dates. Only after you’re happy with the itinerary and budget will we finalise the process by signing our retreat agreement. We will then start work on bringing the retreat elements together to prepare your retreat without a stone left unturned.
